So, you want to have a tea party with your favourite made up characters – then why not. We can get a lot of guidance from engaging our creativity and getting the thinking mind to take a back seat. Give it a job to do, ask it to check in on your bodily functions and see that they are all in order before reporting back to you. If something isn’t as it should be then tell it to fix it, which is part of its job. Always see a Doctor if something is wrong but use the mind to work with you and not against you.
