Friday: Finding your way, wearing your dancing pumps and treading lightly as you feel your way along the path you are currently walking.
Not many of us receive lessons in intuition as we make our way through this life. Today’s card is asking you to symbolically take off your thick soled shoes/boots and feel the ground beneath your feet.
The earth was here long before humans inhabited it and, mostly, we have an abusive relationship with it; we take it for granted.
In Native American stories it is said that during the great floods, the turtle offered its back to be the new land but the waters dropped and land appeared again.
When you think of the humble turtle, its act of offering itself, for the greater good, then ask yourself, what little thing can I do today to nurture the earth?
Feel the ground beneath your feet, not just the pavements or roads you walk on, but look deeper, look at what you have not been seeing on your pathway.
