We can indulge our ego minds at times to our own detriment. When we learn that we can oft times choose a better way of seeing situations then we can assist in our growth into a better way to live our life.
Yes it is ok to be sad, to mourn, to be bereft, but, when that way of being stops us from truly living our lives then we need lifted out of it.
Is it heartfelt sorrow or is your ego mind trying to portray the ‘right way to grieve’ in physically showing those around you the pain that you are going through?
You not only pain yourself, for in so doing, you cause pain in those close to you who cannot do right for doing wrong in wanting you to move out of that deep dark pit.
