Tuesday: As much as we can learn to control our minds through e.g. Mindfulness techniques or meditation, if we have lived in the heavy energy of negativity for many years then it should come as no surprise when a small thing is enough to pull us back there though we have worked hard to move into a more positive way of being.
Today the card is saying ‘why does one negative comment from another person impact on you so easily that it takes you right back there?’
It means we have more to learn, to go within and find that delicious energy which is unconditional love of self.
From there, no matter what appears in our catchment area of being, we can be a step away from it i.e. choose to have it in our life or not.
