Don’t fight it but allow yourself to flow naturally in the uplifting energy that currently surrounds you. Always reach for the oxygen mask first and look after you, it is you that needs nurtured now. It is time to realise that painful path or journey has been completed and let the energy of that go – that was then, this is now!
