Saturday: Card of the Sun in Capricorn highlighting once again the energy it is still emitting through the gaggle of planets that are transiting it. i.e. Mars, Venus, Mercury and Pluto. Mercury is first to ‘jump ship’ on 14th of February, Valentines Day, as it moves into Aquarius then together Mars and Venus follow on March 6th with Pluto bringing up the rear on the 29th of April. This card is sometimes knows as the Little Devil card. Imagine a Devil and an Angel, one on each shoulder trying to vie for our attention. Today we may find the negative side winning over the positive but forewarned is fore-armed. Card of anxiety and disappointment, of placing our focus in the wrong direction. Capricorn is an earth element and our Earth would be nothing without the life bringing forces of the Sun. Our day will be nothing without a positive approach rather than a negative. We have learned from the past cards that we can hold ourselves in the power of our own individual, unique and wonderful self – but we have to stop holding onto things from the past, things that no longer serve us; letting go of old hurts or wounds too. Let us not fear the unknown but be excited about the future. Let us build a new and strong foundation of self which we can step forward from in our own practical ways, acknowledging our personal resourcefulness.
