We are in charge of how we react to things. We can choose to let it be negative or positive, there is always a way to give something a positive sway if you choose to do so.
Only the ego mind would have us remain held down in the dark and dismal ‘poor me’ attitude.
The good news is that you are in control and you can choose to change that tune. It doesn’t have to be like that for you.

Whose reality? I ask!
f it does not serve you then why hold onto that old way of being? Allow yourself to be lifted up by the energy available to us all, should you choose too.
