Monday: Restless, nervous energy is around today as if we are waiting for something to happen. Rather than dwell on this, let us try to shift ourselves into the power of being in the moment. Being here now. Fully present. Not thinking about a hundred and one other things or multitasking e.g. as you read this.
Let us put the day into perspective, master our minds and think about all the things that we can be grateful for today.
The attitude of gratitude is a wonderful tool to apply when we are feeling low or find ourselves in difficult situations. It is so easy to give in to negative thoughts, the what ifs and the should haves. Try banishing these words from your vocabulary. Being conscious of this is a start, never be hard on ourselves for failing. Pick ourselves up and try again. Card of the planet of war, Mars in the communication zodiac sign of Gemini. Let us not raise our voices in anger today but stop ourselves, and think how we can be assertive more so than aggressive.
It would support us over the next couple of months to remain flexible and not make any hard and fast plans.
