Tuesday: As today’s fool is sandwiched between two Aces that are guiding us re new beginnings etc., today I want to share with you a bit of a different story. As I was thinking about this card I started to hear the lyrics of the song "Come and Get It" composed by English singer-songwriter Paul McCartney for the 1969 film *The Magic Christian. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Come_and_Get_It_(Badfinger_song) Lyrics include: ‘Did I hear you say that there must be a catch? Will you walk away from a fool and his money? Sonny, if you want it, here it is come and get it, But you better hurry 'cause it's going fast.’ We can live in innocence and naivete for so long and then, one day, we start to question why things are as they are. There are things that happen in this world that we have no influence over individually but, the one thing we can change is us; me, myself, I – as in you, and you, and you. We have been blessed to be wonderfully unique, and yet we have been controlled and herded into a one size fits all mentality. We do have the choice here and now to be us, to be who we were born to be, to have what makes our heart sing. Are we living a life that makes us happy, complete, satisfied? This is not about achieving success and possessions through competition but about living the truth of the life we were born to live. Let us be the kind of Fool that embraces the journey ahead and lives in the truth of who we are individually first. Changing the way we have been taught to think about things and letting our hearts speak for us instead of a controlled and manipulated mind that mimics the life of others.
