Sunday: How we see things! Let us not jump to conclusions today before taking a step back and checking in with the reality of what we are witnessing. Is it a reflection of our own behaviour? Is that approach necessary or learned? Are we comfortable with it or do we not want it in our lives now? We choose, free will! The card of Mars in Leo so we have strong passionate energy here and as shown in the artwork of the card. My initial reaction on seeing this card for the first time was to judge and be on the side of the vixen trying to protect her cubs from the aggressive rampaging badger. As I grow, as I become more aware, I learn from my heart to look deeper into what things appear on the surface. This is all to often a situation we may find ourselves in one way or another. Where our first reaction is to protect ourselves and there is nothing wrong with that, it is natural. But, sometimes we get so used to that way of reacting that we do not see the deeper meaning in things. If we can then it would behove us, if we are able to, to stop, breathe, gather all the information available to us and then act on that information and not the initial ‘shock’ situation. Today I see bumbling badger stumbling into a situation not of his choosing. In other words something that is not so bad as it would first appear. Stay safe.
