Friday: Monday started our week with the eight of swords, and now we have the nine. The progression, move onwards in this card comes from the release out of the briar patch, but we are still caught up in fear and see only storms ahead. Yet there, in the middle of the storm, lies a light, a way out, should we choose to follow it or indeed, bring it to us. Sometimes the storms are there to clear the air and bring in freshness. This card is of the planet Mars in the sun sign of Gemini. Mars, the planet of action, desire and war within the duality of Gemini, a sign of communication. We are being asked to look at what we ‘think’ is true, try to see the opposite and how that can be another kind of truth. After all, what is reality? It has been proven by science, if we hold ourselves in the ‘storm cloud’ negativity attitude, then we engage in the law of attraction that pulls that energy towards us. Let us look for the spark of light that is always there within all dark clouds that would guide us, bring us through the stagnant air and let us breathe freely again. The darkest hour is always just before the dawn.
