Sunday: A card of travel and movement as I listen to the now unusual sound of an aeroplane heading in to land. Such changed days from the height of summers here when counting landings every two minutes and lost count at around seventy while they continued to line up in the darkening sky; I would follow the lights to see how many I could see in a row. We will continue to travel in our lives ahead for we are interested in life beyond the confines of our own perimeters but it may be a bit different to that which we have known before. Card seven of the major arcana on a day that the numerology adds up to seven! Sevens – assessment, evaluation and reflection. We are living in a time of change and today we are being asked to consider how we navigate our lives, especially now that we have been forced into a different way of being. We have been afforded time to consider through hindsight how we were living our lives (or indeed just existing in life). How blind had we become to the fragility of the earth and of ourselves? Were we raging forwards and onwards constantly seeking victory of some sort? Now we know the answers lie within us. We can still travel/live but now be more conscious of how that is done.
