Tuesday: Don't make life more difficult for ourselves than we need to!
They say the best way to tell a lie is to keep it as close to the truth as possible. In my book lying is not truthful and therefore not honest so the best policy for me is not to put myself into situations where that kind of energy is needed. Are you living a lie today or can you put your hand on your heart and know that you are being honest with yourself? It is easy to get caught up into situations that make us feel as if we have the weight of the world on our shoulders and see no way out of it.
Today we are being asked to look inside ourselves and find out what is the real truth of ourselves, the person we were born to be. What rings true to us in our heart, how we really want to live in this life. Is that different to the life we are living?
Do not take any drastic measures to change it as this will be overwhelming for us and those around us, but allow little steps toward the way we want it to be,
to grow into our life daily and be able to watch the changes happen. Soon we will be unburdened of any unnecessary weight we are carrying around and walk lightly through life.
