Sunday: Yesterday we had the Happy Ever After card and now a dashing brave Knight rides into our awareness. Knights bring us positive change opportunities. They are extreme, fast and they quest and rescue. This knight is questing for knowledge in the areas of creativity or work. He is ambitious wanting more power – the Go For It card. He takes action, he gets back on his horse and embraces change. He represents the fire element of the Wands suit that brings us the energy of passion and links to the adventurous zodiac sign of Sagittarius. Again I am being reminded of the importance of focus at this time and for us not to rush into things blindly. It is easy to be blinded by the energy of passion but if we get out of our heads and into our hearts then we will see the truth of things rather than a perceived idea of what it might be. Knight energy can be destructive if they get caught up in the chase and fun of it all – as we can. We are asked to be ‘level headed’ and not let the energy rule us.
We can live a much better life when we flow with things rather than being carried away. Yes, it can be fun to be pulled up onto the back of the horse behind the Knight but do we want this pace for the rest of our lives? Be cautious to what we get ourselves into today and remember any relationship should enhance another, not rule it.
